I didn't install "Yontoo" but it was there. So I removed it and I don't see any more ads. Thank a lot for your help.

You can remove or at least disable unwanted toolbars and add-ons here:

Tools menu > Add-ons > Extensions category

If there isn't a Remove button, the extension was installed externally and may be more difficult to extract. However, disabling usually is sufficient to stop the pain.

Thanks a lot. I could remove "yahoo toolbar" at last. Great! How about stopping those annoying " Drop Down Deals" ads?

I searched around and it seems those ads are related to "Yontoo" or "Yontoo Layers." Do you have anything like that installed, either on your Mac or as a Firefox extension?
