On our church wepsite, when we click on one of the pages it comes up in Greek or Russian or something, notUS English like the rest of the website.

URL of that web site? And the URL of the page you are having that problem with?
You can check the encoding:
- Firefox > Web Developer > Character Encoding
- View > Character Encoding
Which encoding is used on the not working pages?
Are all page saved with the same encoding?
