i want to move tab-bar above navigation bar, while unchecked "tabs on top"

1. Type about:config in your address bar 2. Accept the warning 3. Set browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar to false

To show the Menu Bar (which was replaced by the new Firefox new button) permanently: click Firefox > Options and check Menu Bar
