How do I set a defaut page for New Tabs? (make it same as my Home page, first tab)

Each new tab creates a blank "untitled" tab. I want my new tabs to open with my Home page default. I thought earlier versions of FF let me do this.

99% of the time I need a new tab, it is for a new search, so just want my iGoogle Home page to show up.

Thank you Tony E.! I used the first one. Works great. Was able to set the URL to a back iGoogle tab I never seem to get to.
