I have two email addresses and I am unable to send any messages with one. I can receive emails on both accounts. Both accounts have all the same settings.

Select the non-sending account in the left pane of Account Settings, then look at Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the right pane. Click Edit SMTP server... Does the User Name of the smtp match the User Name (email address) of the selected account?
