Right-click the Bookmark, and then click “Edit.” In the window that opens, you can change the name, URL (though you usually shouldn't change this), and the folder in which it's stored by highlighting the destination folder.

1. Choose View > Sidebar > Bookmarks.
2.Right-click the bookmark or folder 
   you want to rename, and 
   click Properties.

3. In the Name box, edit the name of the item 4.Click Save.
