When Firefox crashes, it usually records information about what was happening at that moment. You can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution. Please check the support article "Firefox Crashes" (especially the last section) for steps to get those crash IDs, and then post some of the recent ones here.

Crash Reports aren't for fixing each user's Firefox installation, they are to track crashes and causes to help the developers improve Firefox. If you provide the Crash Report ID's we can view the reports and help you figure out the cause of your crashes.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste that into the "Post a Reply" box.

Your "More System Details" shows Firefox is detecting two versions of the Flash. Since the first crash report shows the older one was the one that crashed, you may need to deactivate it on the Add-ons page or remove it from the system.

The second crash report relates to Silverlight, but since it occurred very quickly, it's not clear whether that was a startup crash or upon viewing of Silverlight media during an otherwise stable session.

The 3rd-5th reports have memory usage of 86-83-91%, which is definitely a scenario in which Firefox struggles. If you noticed Firefox becoming sluggish before these crashes, that may help in recognizing when Firefox has become too large in memory. One thing you might try is to open the about:memory page (type or paste about:memory in the address bar) and try the 3 buttons in the "Free memory" section of the page on the upper right to see if they help with this problem.
