Everytime I load Firefox I have to manually change my settings to "No Proxy" ever since I updated to the newest version of Firefox. How do I fix this?

Recently I updated to the newest version of Firefox and ever since I have, Firefox loads and says, "The proxy server is refusing connections."

Whenever I go to chose "No Proxy" the settings are always this:

HTTP Proxy: 127.0.0.1 Port: 50424

Chosen solution

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
