Recently www.techsupportalert.com stopped working but when I check using iswebsiteup.com it says the site is up. The site won't load in MSIE either. FF 3.6.8 reports it cannot find the server. I have used the site for years but it stopped working about two weeks ago although the daily email letter continues to arrive but the link in the letter doesn't work. I assume the site is up because the newsletter continues to arrive normally. I don't know what settings in FF to inspect for this problem. All other sites work normally.

I can confirm that the site is up and working. The following site may help, in particular the section "All programs are having problems"
