Since upgrading to Firefox 3.6.8 menus and contextual popup menus have blank spaces as the bottoms. Under tools I can't see Options anymore. What can I do to fix this?

Since I upgraded to Firefox 3.6.8 I have long blank spaces at the bottom of some menus and especially the contextual menus. When I try to invoke contextual menus it almost always scroll to a empty bottom of the menu and I can't scroll back up to click like "Open in New Tab" and the like. I also lost "Options" under the tools menus. It's still gone in Safe Mode. Do I need to reinstall?

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
