Hello.

I have a problem with Thunderbird in the latest version; it doesn't open some PDF files that are in attachments. The file is not empty, it has the correct size, but when opened through the preview in Thunderbird, it is empty. However, after saving and opening it with Acrobat Reader, there is a message that the file is corrupted or poorly decoded.

The problem started occurring a few days ago.

My guess is you have an issue with your antivirus. They are prone to corrupting PDF files when they are downloaded unfortunately.
