Since my husbands departure, I have had the hardest time trying to access my husbands accounts. Luckily we have recovered many, but one of the most important ones is his thunderbird account. He is due to receive important information that I as his wife am unable to access. Can someone please point me in the right direction. Thunderbird is only an email client and has only the usernames and password saved in the password manager. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/password-manager-remember-delete-change-tb

For actual account password with mail providers beyond that you will need to contact the company providing the mail account.
