External calendar not updating, not found

Events on external calendar created before 102 update all show, or did, I assume to due to Offline Support, but updates, changes, new events added since were not syncing, and after Unsubscribing and attempting to re-add the ext. calendar, Thunderbird is not able to 'find' the calendar at all, I just get a spinning ball.

The same external calendar is successfully being found and updated by another service. I use a Mac.

The Mailfence webmail calendar, and Apple's Calendar app are both able to find and sync the url in question.
