Today my thunderbird automatically updated (from v. 68, I think) to the new v. 78.4.0 and I discovered that it apparently deleted all the e-mails in at least one of my archiving folders. How can I get them back? - they are important. Since the update was installed automatically, I did not before its installation save current data anywhere before the installation. So, this is a real disaster, which I hope you can fix somehow.

Your new version of thunderbird is flawed - please tell me how to get back to the version I had before! Years of important work e-mails have apparently been deleted by your flawed automatic update! You need to reply to my call for support. You have imposed on us users an imperfect, insufficiently worked version. It is your responsibility to restore my deleted e-mails somehow. PLEASE REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!
