how can I increase the font size for the toolbar and thumbnails

I would like to be able to read the toolbar and see the thumbnails on the shortcuts. I have increased the fonts on the webpages but cannot find a way to make the tools readable.

I am also having the same issue. I am opening lilylisto but unable to read their word. Searching a tool to increase the size of word but unable to do this kindly if you have sort out this then share with me .
