I would love to see PiP mode to have windows border snapping. For now I didn't see any way to do it. Really useful when doing more things at the same time.

You're correct. There's currently no way to do it. However, there's a bugreport for adding this functionality that you can follow and vote for.

If you think the bug I've linked won't be enough for your use case, feel free to open a new bugreport/feature request on Bugzilla in Product: Toolkit Component:Video/Audio Controls.
