Hi All,

I am using Local Folders in Thunderbird to store my Archive emails. When trying to Archive new emails from my email, a message pops up saying that Local Folder is full. I assumed that there should be no size limit to local folders as they are stored on the hard drive. Can you please advise how to increase the size limit of a local folder? I do not want to delete older emails to reduce the folder size. Please advise.

Thanks,

LS

Matt,

When I archive mails in Subfolders of Archive Folder which are named as 2013 and 2015, the archiving is done without any hassle. But when I archive the 2014 emails, only a couple of emails are archived only after compacting. This 2014 folder is also a huge folder with maximum number of emails. I guess it may be related to the folder size?

Matt,

Many of the archived emails are turning up blank, with only the dates showing. Is there any way to fix this up? I will stand to loose a large number of mails due to this issue. Any advice please?

Regards,

LS
