Re- installed Firefox after accidental un-install now Bookmarks are gone. How do I recover them?

I dont know how it is possible but my Firefox was somehow uninstalled from my mobile. Now after reinstall, I see my bookmarks are gone!! How do i recover them? I had my phone synced but have no clue how to recover. Prompts on "Help" don't seem to work with mobile. Please help, signed not very tech savvy.

When Android uninstalls Firefox all app data is removed. Unless you were using Firefox Sync your bookmark data is gone.
