Since 10/11,I've NOT been able to access Comcast.net e-mail using Firefox, but I can access Comcast.net. Has Firefox become incompatible with Comcast.net's e-mail? Please give me instructions on how to configure Firefox to access Comcast.net's e-mails?

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? See Clear recent history if you don't know how to clear.

Thanks feer56,

Yes, my problems only began around the time that I ALSO began clearing my cache & cookies. I tried to write that in my request for help, but they didn't allow so many characters. So I clear my cache & cookies daily now. I can access everywhere else, but just not my e-mail on Comcast.net. ...any other suggestions?  :)
