Organize bookmarks is missing after upgrade to ver 4.0. Where is it?

When I click on bookmarks now I no longer have the option to organize my bookmarks. The only options available are "Bookmark this page" & "Show all bookmarks".

One way I have found to organize bookmarks in FF4 is to go to "Show all bookmarks" and then "Organize" at the top of the new page. It doesn't seem as convenient as in earlier versions.

thanks for the workaround! hopefully staff will eventually put the button back up as well.
