About Fabián Rodríguez

I joined Mozilla Support as a community contributor in 2014 but have been providing commercial Firefox and Thunderbird support since 2005.

I am particularly interested in any issues resulting in data-loss or crashing, as well as data synchronization in Thunderbird (CardDav, CalDav, tasks,..) and Firefox (via Firefox Accounts).

My main work environment is GNU/Linux (Debian) and I also support other derivatives. I also maintain a small lab to test & support Windows & Mac OS issues, aiming at enterprise migration to GNU/Linux and free software in general.
