How do I reset Firefox to its ORIGINAL FACTORY SETTINGS??? HELP!!

It has gone CRAZY...I have been told this is a virus and resetting to original factory settings gets rid of the virus...My brother had the same thing happen to his computer....

But what problems are you having specifically? Resetting Firefox won't necessarily fix a problem caused by a virus because until you remove the virus it will be able to make changes to your Firefox settings again.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Also I notice that you are using Firefox v24. To get the latest security fixes you should update to the latest version (25):

Update Firefox to the latest release
