Can you download from this page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

If your system won't let you download from that page either, you might have a malware issue. You might want to run some supplemental scans. These three tools are highly regarded (and free):

Hello,

That seemed to work, but I think I find out what the issue is from the main page. It seems the the .exe is worded wrong or somthing simmlar. For example, when I try to download it from the main page it .exe is "Firefox Setup Stub 24_0_exe" but when I download it from the "all" page, it is "Firefox Setup 24.0.exe".

P.S: I alrady ran a Malware scan with my main Anti-Malware product and with mallwarebites, both came up clean.

Firefox Setup 24.0.exe is the complete installer package, that Mozilla has been using since the installer package was instituted in 2005. Previously to that, a Zip-archive build was what Mozilla was using.

Firefox Setup Stub 24_0_exe is an "off-line" installation package, which downloads the vast majority of the files needed for installation of Firefox from a secure Mozilla server. This "Setup Stub" is fairly new, and just started being the default installer package with Firefox 24.

Thank you! It seems that I just needed to download it from the "all" Page. I mean, it's the same Firefox, right..?

You get the same Firefox installation. The only difference is that you get the full version from the "all" page, so no additional internet access is required like the stub version that you get from other pages. The stub version requires to download extra file and there is also security software the falsely identifies this stub version as malware or otherwise causes problems.
