When I open an email, I can't see the scroll down pane on the right. How do I make thw window smaller to scroll?

Could you try adjusting the zoom level of the page? These methods will zoom out (text gets smaller):

  • Ctrl-
  • Hold Ctrl and move the mouse scroll wheel toward you
