when I do a search in Google, than hit the image search button, it only loads 10 pics. the rest looks like broken links and are grey, no mini pics are showed after the 10 first, why is this?

also have alot of crashes searching images on google.

and sometimes firefox security tells me that google search adress is unsecure...

I just change from google chrome to firefox after my computer can't run all the chrome background tables as it uses in the same time. I used firefox for a couple of years 5-6 years ago, didn't have any problems back than.

The image search works for me. I have javascript disabled for Google. Maybe that has something to do with it?

It could be that Google is trying different setups in different regions. They have made a lot of changes lately. I can still use Google for searching if I disable javascript for them. I use YesScript to do that. It makes a blacklist for sites that you do not want to be using javascript.

just downlaoded yeScript and turned it on, wrote in the blacklist and tried. the javascript blocker didn't work at all as you thought, @finitarry the imagesearch gave me no results at all now :) hehe

You do not need to write in the blacklist. All you need to do is click the YesScript icon when you are at the site. When it turns black, you know that site is not using javascript.

Google regular and image search work for me with both www.google.ca and www.google.com/webhp?complete=0 with or without javascript now. I guess they must have fixed whatever problem they caused before. I am still not going to allow them to use javascript because I do not like the silent redirection, and I am unable to tell if Redirect Remover can prevent javascript redirection.
