On certain websites where links open automatically in a new tab, such as Gmail etc, the tabs are empty and all of them have this strange address in the address field:

jar:file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/omni.ja!/chrome/browser/content/browser/newtab/newTab.xul

On Gmail not a single link works properly, all the links from the black bar, (Documents, Calendar etc...) and links in emails, they are always opened like this. It never happened to me in previous versions of Firefox. I will be grateful for any help..

P.S. I don't have the Ask.com toolbar installed and never had..

I have to reinstall all of my addons now and do the settings for each of them, (around 50!) so it's going to be a painful job but IT DID HELP and I thank you..
