Fullscreen behavior in Windowed Mode?

Hey, is it possible to have fullscreen behavior in windowed mode? Removing EVERYTHING despite the websites Content, like in Fullscreen. Toggleable, no Theme.

The Minimode Plugin nearly does the Job: http://techie-buzz.com/browsers/customize-firefox-fullscreen-mode-with-minimode.html

But doesnt remove the Win Explorer Border.

and enhance with "hide caption title bar" Plugin https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/hide-caption-titlebar-plus-sma/

nice result but not perfect. Any more suggestions?
