mp3tubetoolbarsearch.com I can-not get rid of this toolbar, i have uninstalled in from my control panel add and remove, I've tried to uninstall it from Firefox and their is no way to remove it that i can find, from what i figured out this toolbar is from yahoo along with annoying advertizing that pop's up all the time in another window.

Hi humanifund,

Have you tried going to Tools > Add-ons to see if you can remove it from there? I wouldn't be surprised it has changed other items as well, such as your homepage. If so, you should take a look at the Knowledge Base article How to set the home page.

There are steps in that article to reset your homepage preferences to default. I would try that first to clear out any strangeness. If that works, you can try setting your homepage again to your personal preference.

If search has been affected too, look at the Knowledge Base article Search bar - add, change and manage search engines on Firefox. If the address bar search has been changed as well, you might want to take a look at Location bar search.

If that doesn't work you should look at the article How to fix preferences that won't save.

Finally, your issue may be because you've been hit with some Malware.
