When I right-click on a file to save it, Firefox saves it to my download folder without letting me choose the desination. Can I get round this?

When I save a file (by right-clicking) when using Internet Explorer, I am allowed to choose the destination folder. However, when I use my default Firefox browser (again by right-clicking), it simply saves the file in my downloads folder without allowing me to choose the destination. Why does this happen and is there anything I can do to save a file using Firefox and choose the destination where I save it? (My OS is Windows Vista) Maureen McIntosh
