How can I get Firefox 7 back?

I'm SCREWED! I updated to Firefox 8 a couple days ago and was still running Flash 10. Everything was fine and then I got the prompt later in the day to update to Flash 11. I did. BIG mistake. I run Vista 64 bit and now Flash doesn't run anymore. I uninstalled 11 and reinstalled 10. Firefox 8 plugins showed that Flash isn't available for 8. Anyway, does anyone know how the hell I can get Firefox 7 back? Now that I reinstalled Flash 10, videos work fine in Chrome and in IE but NOT in Firefox 8.
