firefox crashes when opened, I have run virus checks, rebooted, tried system restore to earlier date no change. also crashes in safe mode.

Do you have Internet Explorer installed? Use that. However, many users are reporting that they are using RoboForm and updating to version 7.6.2 fixes the crashing.

would do but no internet access as firefox crashes. How do I do this?
