May I know why firefox is not showing the "http://" prefix on the web navigation bar? for instance it would show support.mozilla.com instead of http://support.mozilla.com
Hello,
I am using Windows Vista and my default browser is Firefox, May I know why firefox is not showing the "http://" prefix on the web navigation bar? for instance it would show support.mozilla.com instead of http://support.mozilla.com
Or, is it an OS issue?
Thanks.
Chosen solution
if you want to enable http protocol in all tabs:
type in the address bar about:config
then press the button i'l be careful i promise
then type in the bar browser.urlbar.trimURLs
then double click on it, and this sets it from True to False.
exit firefox and restart.
thank you
