I have many bookmarks for specific needs. Instead of having them listed singularly, I would like to organize them under a specific folder. How do I add folders to the bookmarks?

You can right-click in any bookmarks view and select "New Folder". You can drag items in and out of folders. These help articles will give you more detail:
