Need a pc Windows 7 reformat! Can I save Firefox settings and bookmarks so everything's as is after I reformat?

I'm getting ready to reformat my desktop PC. I don't want to lose my Firefox settings, and especially my bookmarks, as they're currently configured. Can I somehow save everything as configured, and re start everything Firefox after the reformat. I'm using Windows 7, and I'll be reformatting with Windows 7 Recovery to reformat. Love Firefox! Thanks for any help possible!
