When I download, it loads and then when I go to home screen only a tiny square box shows and will not let me in.

Until 4 days ago Firefox worked great. Then only a small box appeared with FF logo and an X in the upper right of my homescreen. There are no other blocks to hit and normally there are three: -box, ? box, and the x box.

Try to open the system menu via Alt+Space and see if you can resize that window.
If that works then close Firefox to save the setting.
