Firefox will not let me open any new tabs

Firefox will not let me open any new tabs, I can open new windows, but not tabs. This is recent, nothing happens when I right click on original tab, or when I go to file and click new tab. Tab settings it does not affect this

Chosen solution

The Ask Toolbar is causing that in the Firefox 3.6.13+ versions. Uninstall that extension.

the-edmeister - it worked exactly as you said. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!! It was becoming hard to work at home.
