Firefox 4 RC2 is identical to Firefox 4 final, there is no need to reload it.

It is possible that you are still on the beta channel.
You can check the pref app.update.channel on the about:config page.
If the value of that pref is beta then it is better to download and install the full Firefox 4 release or edit the file \defaults\pref\channel-prefs.js in the Firefox 4 installation folder and change the line to:

pref("app.update.channel", "release");
