  1. Delete the files and folders in the Firefox installation directory, default location C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\
  2. Download a new copy of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.com and install it

Deleting the installation directory does not remove bookmarks, passwords etc, they are stored elsewhere in the profile folder. When you re-install Firefox it will use the existing user data.
