Is there any way to retrieve profile settings (i.e. bookmanrks, add-ons, history, etc.) after uninstalling Firefox?

I recently installed Firefox 4 beta and accidentally uninstalled it along with my original Firefox 3 profile (settings, bookmarks, add-ons - everything). Is there any way to retrieve it if there is no system restore?

Maybe a file recovery program like Recuva.

Nothing. It's all overwritten by default settings so recuva says "unrecoverable".
