Uninstall addons on blocklist

I have two add-ons on the blocklist. Don't want them, didn't knowingly install them. Can't uninstall as the button is inactive.

What add-ons?

Depending on the add-ons, you may be able to uninstall them via the Windows control panel. Quite a few toolbars for example can be uninstalled by using the control panel.

Add-on MSN toolbar and search something or other. Uninstalling MSN toolbar via control panel remove both.
