shockwave flash 10.1 r82 is enable cant use firefox

if i have this plug in enable i can not use fire fox at all . if i go in safe mode and turn it off i can use fire fox but no flash content at all.

Does Flash work if you disable OOPP (Out-Of-Process-Plugins) ?

i think that has fixed it but not sure yet have to try see something in flash.
