Problem with the image pasting system in "google translator"

Since I have had Firefox I have always had this problem, I don't know what its origin is, but when I paste an image to translate it in "Google Translate" it won't let me and I get a message telling me to try again later(This only happens when you press "Extract from clipboard")

Hola Pegar desde el portapapeles me funciona correctamente con una imagen copiada de Paint, ¿Que tipo de imagen, programa usas para copiar la imagen? Gracias

Buenas tardes Hago uso de la herramienta de recortes incorporada en el sistema operativo Windows, Aunque no es el programa con el que he tenido fallas puesto que con otros softwares también presento los mismos inconvenientes. Sin embargo, al pegar la información en "google translate" desde otro navegador, el proceso se realiza sin inconvenientes
