When I update my website they can't be seen by the public. When I press the update button I get a message saying it can't update as another website has embedded it. What can be done to rectify this problem please?

This happens if a web page wants to open an external page in an iframe and the website prohibits this via CSP rules or via a X-FRAME-OPTIONS header in the HTTP response headers. You can right-click the frame area with the error message and see if you can use "This Frame: Show Only This Frame" or "This Frame: Open Frame in New Tab" to get that page working.

You can check the HTTP response headers via the Network Monitor.

If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" (Mac: Command+Shift+R) to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
