my dongle is not working. I've tried to restart the computer and took the dongle out for 10 econds but still getting issues. it would be opening as normal at the start for like 10 seconds then it crashes saying there is an issue. i really need help. thanks

What is the dongle used for? Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What are the exact error messages?
