Amazon.com website left side filter options is not rendering correctly

Not sure why FireFox recently does not display the amazon.com left side menu options (i.e., reviews, brands, price range, etc.). It's a recent issue. I tried MS Edge from the same laptop and it rendered the amazon.com site correctly. FYI...I'm not aware that I have changed any settings. I would attach a screenshot but the Image Upload just spins forever and never completes.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?


Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
