Hi there,

Since 2 approximately 2 weeks I can't login to my Synology account via https://www.synology.com/en-global > sign in button > https://account.synology.com > here you put your credentials.

So visiting "https://www.synology.com/en-global" works, but when I visit "https://account.synology.com" I receive the error 500. So I can't login to my Synology account.

- I did not change any setting in Firefox or in my Synology account. - My Firefox is updated 91.0.1 - I use Windows 10 64bit

However, these days I'm using Chrome browser to login to my Synology account, because Firefox doesn't.

I did contact Synology with this and since it works with Chrome and not with Firefox, they don't know what it should be...

Someone any ideas?

Chosen solution

nope. it was a Firefox cookie issue of the website synology.com. deleted this cookie and it works again.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.
