My Favorites webpages have disappeared with all my saved users

Im in shock. I have a lot of Favorites webpages in my BAR and it all have disappeared with an Firfox upgrade. Also with all my saved users and paswards. I amb totally disapointed and i want you to ask for help.

Hey, Gloria! I'm sorry to hear about your issue. The first solution to come to my mind would be to make sure you are logged into your browser as all of your favorite webpages and logins are bound to your Firefox account.

“Favorites” don’t remain on “Favorites” bar; there is no way to edit (e.g., resequence) them; other (e.g., recently visited) sites are added indiscriminately (with as usual no clear instructions to control this on MOBILE—not laptop—devices). When noted online the answer is, see the forum, wherein I find answers such as “Sorry to hear that, I dunno the answer.” Altogether disappointing.
