I have kept FF v. 56.0.2 because of certain add-ons that I have come to rely upon. That version is shared by all users. However, I would like to add the newest version for a second user. How can I install the current version for only the second user without affecting v 56.0.2 for the primary user?

Chosen solution

Download the current version. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

When you run the installer, switch to the Manual setting. When it comes time to select the folder to install in, create a different name then the old Firefox is using.

Note: You also need to create a separate user profile for the new browser. You can use sync to share bookmarks, passwords but other data may not be compatible.
