Removing pinned site from address bar

I am trying to remove a pinned site from my address bar. It seems stuck. Things I have tried:

  • Pinning the tab, then unpinning
  • Removing the site bookmark
  • Using the keyboard to select the site in the address bar and then hitting delete, also tried shift + delete

I am on version 78.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows 10.
