When I open this page it should show video clips for each exercise but it just shows a black space instead. It used to show the videos! There's probably a setting I need to change but I don't know what.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
